Needs Assessment

I developed a needs assessment to be able to analyze the knowledge gaps in fields related to the instructional design profession. Within the assessment, the requirements were to include Likert questions and open-ended questions.  As well as a minimum of 5 demographic questions (age, gender, learning styles, etc...); a minimum of 5 learner preference questions (verbal, visual, etc...); and a minimum of 10 questions that drill down and specifically target legitimate needs for content areas (knowledge gaps, subject areas, content areas, etc.)

Instructional Plan & Reflection

My instructional plan (also referenced as a training plan) was based on inserting text alternatives.     Once I created the plan I designed a 10-minute lesson delivered in an online learning format using Rise 360.  I applied all stages of ADDIE and Gagne's 9 Instructional Events.  After the instructional plan was implemented, I used the results to reflect on the implementation.
